(Kandal): On July 15, 2026, Ms. Phal Phea and her working group, representing His Excellency Ly Vichet, President of the Cambodian Worker's Mind Union Federation at ASTER SKY GARMENT CO., LTD., brought and distributed financial support directly to factory workers. The company is located in Svay Chrum Village, Bek Chan Commune, Ang Snuol District, Kandal Province, along National Road 4.
According to the union representative, a total financial assistance of 400,000 Riels was distributed to 4 workers (100,000 Riels each) to help support them through various life events, including:

- Mr. Voeun Jeevan (ID: AS000731), Sewing Department A4: Received financial support for his wedding.
- Mrs. Phal Pheas (ID: AS000741), Sewing Department A7: Received financial support for childbirth maternity.
- Mrs. Khem Sreymom (ID: AS001098), Sewing Department A12: Received financial support for childbirth maternity.
