Kampong Speu: On July 14, 2025, MILANNA LEATHERWARE M.F.Y (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD, located in Krabotram Village, Chhongruk Commune, Kong Pisei District, Kampong Speu Province, signed a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with the Cambodian Worker’s Mind Union. The event was attended by Mr. Ly Vichit, President of the Cambodian Worker’s Mind Union Federation (CMUF), and the company’s director, along with union federation officials, administrative representatives, worker delegates, union representatives, and several team leaders as witnesses.
On this occasion, Mr. Ly Vichit explained the benefits of the CBA between the union—as the most representative body—and the company. The agreement aims to establish a strong working partnership between the union (representing workers/employees) and the employer to improve working conditions, uphold labor laws and discipline, and promote mutual responsibility.
Furthermore, this CBA strengthens formal collaboration between the signing parties, fostering professional relations through cooperation between employers and employees in Cambodia’s garment, textile, footwear, leather goods, and travel goods manufacturing sectors.
