"To become the leading trade union federation in protecting the rights, dignity, and improving the living standards of workers in Cambodia through social dialogue and sustainable development."

**2. Mission**

To achieve the above vision, CCWF should have a clear mission as follows:

- **Protection of Rights:** Ensure respect for labor laws and trade union freedoms at all levels.
- **Education and Training:** Strengthen members' capacities in legal matters, collective bargaining agreement (CBA) negotiations, and professional skills to enhance work efficiency.
- **Balance of Interests:** Promote harmonization in industrial relations between workers and employers for peace in factories and enterprises.
- **Support Services:** Provide legal advice and intervention to resolve labor disputes peacefully.

**3. Purpose**

- **Expand Membership:** Continue to mobilize and establish strong grassroots trade unions in more factories and enterprises.
- **Promote Welfare:** Create social protection programs and emergency relief funds for members facing hardships.
- **Strengthen Cooperation:** Build good relationships with development partners, government institutions, and international organizations to seek collaboration and support for workers.
- **Advocacy:** Participate in providing input and feedback in the process of revising policies or laws related to the interests of workers.
