**1. Establishment and Brief History:**

The Cambodia Confederation of Workers Fortunate (CCWF) was established on March 1, 2018, with registration number 312180008, aiming to enhance the freedoms, rights, and welfare of workers in the Kingdom of Cambodia.

The Confederation is led by President Mr. Ly Vichet.

The CCWF is also a full member of the National Union Alliance Chamber of Cambodia (NACC).

From its establishment in 2018 to the present, the CCWF has gone through three terms:

- First term: 2018–2021, a 3-year term, led by Mr. Ly Vichet.
- Second term: 2021–2026, a 5-year term, led by Mr. Ly Vichet.
- Third term: 2026–2031, a 5-year term, led by Mr. Ly Vichet.

As of April 2026, the CCWF had approximately 41,657 members, including 29,861 women, distributed across 96 grassroots trade unions.

On April 4, 2026, the Confederation just held its 2025 annual work summary and 2026 work direction meeting, which was attended by leaders and members from its seven affiliated trade union federations.

**2. Organizational Structure and Scope of Work:**

Currently, the CCWF has seven affiliated trade union federations, including:

- **Cambodian Worker's Mind Union Federation (CMUF):** President Mr. Ly Vichet. It has 49 grassroots trade unions with a total membership of 29,622 (including 21,310 women). Among them, 14 enterprises have MRS, and 10 enterprises have a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
- **Cambodian Youth's Mind Union Federation (CYUF):** President Mr. Lay Phally. It has 9 grassroots trade unions with a total membership of 2,426 (including 1,762 women).
- **Cambodian Worker's Motivation Union Federation (CWUF):** President Mr. Oem Sithat. It has 9 grassroots trade unions with a total membership of 2,378 (including 1,722 women).
- **Cambodian Women's Mind Union Federation (CWUF):** President Ms. Hun Raksmey. It has 10 grassroots trade unions with a total membership of 1,827 (including 1,407 women). Among them, 1 enterprise has MRS.
- **Cambodia Worker's Faith Union Federation (CFUF):** President Mr. Ly Sophan. It has 8 grassroots trade unions with a total membership of 1,435 (including 877 women). Among them, 1 enterprise has MRS.
- **Cambodia Youth's Motivation Union Federation (CYUF):** President Mr. Um Dina. It has 8 grassroots trade unions with a total membership of 3,449 (including 2,405 women).
- **Cambodian Workers Support Union Federation:** Acting President Ms. Ros Lim E. It has 3 grassroots trade unions with a total membership of 521 (including 378 women).

**3. Mission and Main Activities:**

- Participate in improving decent working conditions, and enhancing workers' productivity and skills.
- Cooperate closely with relevant ministries and institutions, especially the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, to legally protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
- Develop special programs for workers and establish charitable funds to promote worker welfare.
