On September 9, 2026, Mr. Kim Ty, union representative at Zhong Wei (Cambodia) Manufacturing Co., Ltd.​ (located in Khleang Sambath Village, Put Sar Commune, Bati District), representing Mr. Lay Phally, President of the Youth Heart Trade Union Federation of Cambodia, granted a maternity allowance of 60,000 KHR to a union member taking maternity leave.
