Kandal Province, Cambodia – On June 14, 2026, the Cambodia Confederation of Workers Fortunate (CCWF) convened its monthly meeting to review achievements made in May 2026 and outline key work directions for June 2026. The meeting was held at the Confederation’s headquarters in Takhmao City, Kandal Province, under the chairmanship of Mr. Ly Vichet, President of CCWF.

The meeting also discussed measures to strengthen the Secretariat’s performance through improved documentation, reporting systems, and timely monitoring of information and opportunities provided by partners, including IndustriALL.

In addition, participants emphasized the importance of implementing work plans effectively, developing new target areas, strengthening engagement with grassroots union leaders, and expanding union membership. Leaders were encouraged to maintain close communication with workers and union representatives to better understand workplace challenges and provide timely support.

The meeting further called on all union leaders and members to actively share and promote CCWF activities through social media platforms, including Facebook, the organization’s website, TikTok, and YouTube, in order to increase public awareness and strengthen the visibility of union work.

In closing, Mr. Ly Vichet highly appreciated the active participation and constructive contributions of all attendees. He encouraged all levels of leadership to continue implementing the agreed action plans and work collectively toward achieving the Confederation’s objectives for June 2026 and beyond.
