Kandal: On January 13, 2024, FMF MANUFACTURING CO., LTD, located in Padachi Village, Sangkat Prek Hoor, Takhmao City, Kandal Province, signed a collective bargaining agreement with the Cambodian Worker’s Mind Union, with the participation of His Excellency Ly Vichet, President of the Cambodian  Worker’s Mind Union Confederation. And the General Manager of FMF Manufacturing Co., Ltd., as well as federal union officials, administration officials, workers representatives, union representatives and team leaders as witnesses.

On that occasion, H.E Ly Vichet also explained the benefits of the CBA between the unions that are most representative of the company in order to build a good working relationship between the union, workers and employers to improve working conditions and respect. Discipline and this is the responsibility of both parties as well. In addition, the CBA aims to enhance the efficiency of the company's work and reputation, as well as to prevent future labor disputes and protect the legitimate interests of the parties.

In addition, His Excellency also emphasized the benefits of NFFS, which workers receive a lot more than in the past.
