On June 10, 2026, representing Mr. Im Sithat, President of the Cambodian Worker's Motivation Union Federation the leadership team of the local union at Ventura Factory brought financial assistance to a young worker who recently suffered a slip-and-fall accident resulting in a head injury.

The financial aid presented to the injured worker totaled 352,200 Riels. This money was raised through voluntary contributions straight from the hearts of fellow workers and union leaders within the factory.

This noble gesture vividly demonstrates the love, brotherhood, and commitment to never leaving anyone behind in times of need. Although the amount may not be massive, it carries immense emotional value, helping to ease the family's financial burden and encouraging the young man to recover quickly so he can return to work soon.
