Kandal Province: Prioritizing member welfare and health! On Thursday, September 3, 2026, with the authorization of Mr. Ly Vicheat, President of the Cambodian Worker's Mind Union Federation, and Vice President Mr. Lay Sam Oun, Mr. Sim Oudom, Local Union President, along with team members at H Xinda Shoe (Cambodia) Development Co., Ltd. (located in Preak Doung Village, Kampong Svay Commune, Kien Svay District), delivered financial support totaling 180,000 KHR to 2 union members facing serious illnesses, with each receiving 90,000 KHR.
