(Kandal): Mr. Sim Oudom, President of the Local Trade Union, along with the working group of the Cambodian Worker's Mind Union Federation at H Xinda Shoe (Cambodia) Development Co., Ltd. (located in Prek Duong Village, Kampong Svay Commune, Kien Svay District, Kandal Province), provided total financial assistance of 180,000 KHR to two union members, with each receiving 90,000 KHR.

This activity took place on Saturday, July 25, 2026, under the authorization of Mr. Ly Vicheat, President of the Cambodian Worker's Mind Union Federation, and Mr. Lay Sam Oun, Vice President. The beneficiaries included one member who recently got married and one member who recently gave birth.

On this occasion, the trade union representative expressed deep gratitude to Mr. Ly Vicheat and Mr. Lay Sam Oun for their continuous care and attention to the well-being and living conditions of all worker members, while wishing all members good health and continued success.
