On Thursday, September 3, 2026, with the authorization of Mr. Ly Vicheat, President of the Cambodian Worker' Mind Union Federation, and Vice President Mr. Lay Sam Oun, Mr. Sim Oudom, Local Union President, along with team member at H Xinda Shoe (Cambodia) Development Co., Ltd. (located in Preak Doung Village, Kampong Svay Commune, Kien Svay District), delivered financial support totaling 180,000 KHR to 2 union member facing seriou illnesses, with each receiving 90,000 KHR. On thi occasion, union representative expressed deep gratitude to the federation leadership for their ongoing care toward workers' well-being and extended warm wishe for a speedy recovery and good health to all members.

Takeo Province: Prioritizing member welfare! On September 9, 2026, Mr. Kim Ty, union representative at Zhong Wei (Cambodia) Manufacturing Co., Ltd.​ (located in Khleang Sambath Village, Put Sar Commune, Bati District), representing Mr. Lay Phally, President of the Youth Heart Trade Union Federation of Cambodia, granted a maternity allowance of 60,000 KHR to a union member taking maternity leave. The union representative extended congratulation and best wishe for excellent health and happines to both the mother and the newborn.

Kampong Speu Province: Providing care and assistance in time of need! On September 9, 2026, with the authorization of Mr. Ly Vicheat, President of the Cambodian Worker' Mind Union Federation, Mr. Chu Rakin and the union representative team at ANYU(CAMBODIA) BAGS CO., LTD. (located in Doun Kaev Village, Sen Dei Commune, Samraong Tong District) delivered financial relief totaling 489,000 KHR to Ms. Nov Voeun, a sewing worker in Group 7 (ID: 01684), following her traffic accident. On September 5, 2026, with the authorization of Mr. Ly Vicheat, President of  Cambodian Worker' Mind Union Federation, the local union team at MILANNA LEATHERWARE M.F.Y (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD. (located in Krabei Tram Village, Chongruk Commune, Kong Pisei District) delivered financial relief to Mr. Nget Vandy, a sewing worker (ID: 2602022), who recently suffered the los of hi father. The total financial assistance delivered to him amounted to 217,100 KHR, raised through voluntary contribution from fellow union worker to help ease hi family' burden during thi grieving period. Kandal Province: Prioritizing the welfare and benefit of union members! On September 4, 2026, with the authorization of Mr. Ly Vicheat, President of the Cambodian Worker' Mind Union Federation, Mr. Chek Sorn and team member Can Pak (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. (located in Chamkar Slaeng Village, Prey Pruch Commune, Angk Snuol District) distributed total financial assistance of 1,440,000 KHR to 12 union members, with each receiving 120,000 KHR. Ms. Aok recently suffered a tragic los after her newborn passed away following a surgical delivery. During the visit, the union team delivered financial relief totaling 402,400 KHR, raised through voluntary donation from fellow factory workers, to help ease the family' financial burden during thi difficult time.  Family in NeedKampong Speu: On the morning of Wednesday, September 2, 2026, Mr. Im Chanthy, President of the Local Union at LAURENCE FOOTWEAR CO., LTD (located along National Road 4, Sangkro Cheat Village, Trapang Kong Commune, Samraong Tong District, Kampong Speu Province), led a team to assist a member in need. With the permission of Mr. Ly Sophan, President of the Cambodia Worker' Faith Union Federation, the team raised fund to support Ms. Ouk Raksmey, sewing line leader of line No. LR1565S and a union member, whose child recently underwent surgery for a cyst. Ly Vichit, President of Cambodian Worker' Mind Union Federation, provided financial assistance to 4 union members, consisting of: 1 member on medical leave for over a week 3 member on maternity leave for childbirth Each member received 90,000 Riels, with a total amount of 360,000 Riels. Takeo: On August 18, 2026, Mr. Kim Thy, Zhong Wei (Cambodia) Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (located in Phum Khleang Sambath, Sangkat/Khum Pot Sar, Bati District, Takeo Province), representing Mr. Lay Phally, President of the Cambodian Youth' Mind Union Federation, raised and delivered financial assistance to a female worker named Chhou Srym (ID: 70545, Packing Section) due to the passing of her mother. (located in Phum Vael Vong, Sangkat/Khum Sen Dei, Samraong Tong District, Kampong Speu Province) visited a worker named Phani Dali (Male, ID: 32404, Warehouse Section), who wa involved in a traffic accident on August 10 and i currently recovering at Samdech Techo Hospital. On that occasion, the team presented a total of 330,100 Riels, which wa voluntarily raised from fellow worker and employees, to assist him during thi difficult time. Kampong Speu: On August 13, 2026, with the permission of Ms. Hun Raksmey, President of the Cambodian Women' Mind Union Federation at Zen Sensu (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. (located in Phum Preah Mlob, Sangkat/Khum Pheap Mean Chey, Bor Seth District, Kampong Speu Province), a total financial support of 450,000 Riel wa provided to 5 union member who took maternity leave for childbirth, with each receiving an equal amount of 90,000 Riels. Ta Khmao: Under the high attention of Mr. Ly Vichit, President of the Cambodian Worker' Mind Union Federation, on August 12, 2026, Mr. Hin Mai, representative of the union at FMF Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
